Anthony was my technician. My outlet/light switch was not working. He came within 2 – 3 hours of me calling. I received an email stating he was on his way. He took the outlet a part and found out it was loose wiring. He tightened all the wires. He completed his work in about 40 minutes. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing. I would call Big City Electric again.

We had an excellent experience with Big City Electric. We had some issues with the electric connection to our AC Unit. The representative sent by Big City Electric was friendly, courteous, and very efficient.
We were especially impressed with the professionalism of Big City Electric. Our service call was during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the owner (David) sent out an e-mail prior to our appointment with their procedures and policies. He also sent out a questionnaire asking questions about our household. David required his representative to take extra precautions when he found out a member of our household was immunosuppressed. The representative wore a mask and shoe covers, and had hand sanitizer with him as well, which we greatly appreciated.

“I moved into a very old home about 6 months ago. There were a good deal of electrical issues that needed to be addressed and I had Big City come out and take a comprehensive look at all of them. Dave was very prompt, friendly, and so helpful. He spent over an hour with me just walking around, telling what was and was not a hazard and how to go about it. His rates are extremely competitive and I have had them come out twice now to do work on “this old house!”. I was especially impressed when I needed electric run to my old shed where the team needed to pull up pavers in order to get to the detached building. “I had Big City Electric replace all the wiring in my house and they did a wonderful job. They got the job done in about a week and I felt very comfortable leaving them the keys to my house. Each night, before they left, they swept up that days mess, took their garbage with them, explained and showed me what they got done and if I wasn’t home they locked up when I was done for the day. They worked quickly and were a joy to be around. On the couple occasions when they had to come back to look at something, they got me on the schedule within days of me contacting them. He got Here early,listened to what I was telling him then went to work. In a short time he had found the problem an fixed it.. An cleaned up any mess from doing the job ..I was happy an the wife was very happy,the price was fair. We are very pleased with Big City Electric. We needed to have a dedicated outlet installed for a new washing machine and to have some outlets upgraded. Christian and Anthony arrived promptly and got right to work. They installed the new outlet and upgraded some of the 2-prong outlets.
